1. Monthly Subscription Refund Policy

  1. Within 7 days from the payment date
    • Full refund: A full refund is available if there is no usage history within 7 days after payment.

    • Partial refund: If there is usage history within the 7 day period, a partial refund will be issued based on the same criteria applied after 7 days.

  2. After 7 days from the payment date
    • A partial refund will be issued after deducting the amount for the days used and an additional 10 percent of the remaining subscription period.

    • Calculation method for used days: The monthly fee is divided by 30 to determine the daily rate, and the amount for the days used will be deducted.

2. Annual Subscription Refund Policy

  1. Within 7 days from the payment date
    • Full refund: A full refund is available upon request within 7 days after payment, based on the same criteria applied to monthly plans.

    • Partial refund: If there is usage history, a partial refund will be issued based on the same criteria applied to monthly plans.

  2. After 7 days from the payment date
    • A partial refund will be issued after deducting the amount for the months used and an additional 10 percent of the remaining subscription period.

    • Calculation method for used months: The annual fee is divided by 12 to determine the monthly rate, and the amount for the months used will be deducted.

3. Refund Request Procedure and Processing Time

  • How to request a refund: To request a refund, please contact us through the support center. In order to process your request smoothly, please provide your payment details and reason for requesting a refund.

  • Processing time: Once your request is approved, the refund process may take up to 7 days, and the refund will be issued using your original payment method.
